CSB Foundation Brings Hope to Children Through Community Soup Kitchen Support || CSB Foundation, the corporate social responsibility arm of Classic Sports Betting, continues to demonstrate its commitment to giving back to the community by supporting vulnerable children and families across Namibia. Guided by its mission of bringing hope and creating sustainable change, the foundation partnered with community members, volunteers, and corporate supporters to prepare and serve meals at The Pap Mansion, a well-known community soup kitchen founded by Barbra Kativa in Walvis Bay.
The outreach brought smiles, nourishment, and hope to many children who depend on the soup kitchen for a daily meal. Volunteers worked side by side to prepare and serve soup while also donating clothing and other essential items to families in need. Speaking during the handover, Barbra Kativa, founder of The Pap Mansion, expressed her sincere appreciation to the CSB Foundation for its support.
“Running a soup kitchen is not easy. I have to feed children every day, and finding sponsorship remains one of the biggest challenges. Knocking on the same doors more than once does not always bring results, but the children still need to eat. I sincerely thank the CSB Foundation for standing with us today and giving these children hope.”
Kativa also appealed to individuals, businesses, and organisations to support the initiative, saying that The Pap Mansion remains open to anyone willing to donate food, clothing, financial assistance, or volunteer their time to help ensure no child goes hungry.
Ms. Seenia K, Founder of the CSB Foundation, said the Foundation believes that real change begins when communities unite for a common purpose. “At CSB Foundation, we believe that hope is created through action. Our goal is to uplift communities by supporting initiatives that improve lives and create opportunities for vulnerable people. We are grateful to everyone who partnered with us today to make this outreach a success.”
Established by Classic Sports Betting, the CSB Foundation focuses on community development through education, nutrition, empowerment, and sustainable social initiatives aimed at improving the lives of vulnerable Namibians.
The Foundation encouraged more corporates, community organisations, and members of the public to join hands in supporting local initiatives such as The Pap Mansion, proving that together, every act of kindness can make a lasting difference.
